We take great care to ensure quality of the goods before dispatch.  Given the special occasion application of the goods and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a store credit if the item is returned to our offices in Johannesburg within 2 weeks of purchase.  Cost of shipping to return the goods will be for your account.

In stock items are disatched within 7 days.  Courier delivery takes between 1 to 3 days depending on your location.

 

For out of stock items it is advisable to order at least 6 weeks prior your wedding day. If ordering close to your wedding date please contact us  by email to ensure that the stock is available and  will reach you in time.
